The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Year of the Horse CBS221D.BA0048 debuted in 2025 as a limited edition of 250 pieces. The watch is part of the Carrera Chronograph collection and was created to commemorate the Year of the Horse within the Chinese zodiac calendar. The watch features a stainless steel case measuring 39 millimetres in diameter with a stated thickness of 13,9 millimetres. Water resistance is rated at 100 metres. The case is fitted with a sapphire crystal and a transparent case back, which carries a printed depiction of the horse motif associated with this edition. The dial is executed in a champagne tone and incorporates a red chronograph sub dial. Applied hour markers are used. The date display includes a customised date wheel in which the numeral 7 is replaced by the Chinese character for horse. Powering the watch is the TAG Heuer Calibre TH20-07, an automatic chronograph movement with a stated power reserve of approximately 80 hours. The movement supports the display of hours, minutes, small seconds, chronograph functions, date, and tachymeter scale.
