About the Patek Philippe 5205R-011
The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar 5205R-011, introduced in 2022, features a 40 mm rose gold case with scalloped flanks, skeletonised lugs, and a concave bezel. The olive-green sunburst dial with black gradient rim is arranged with three apertures for day, date, and month, complemented by a 24-hour indicator and moon-phase display at 6 o’clock. Applied rose-gold hour markers and faceted dauphine hands complete the dial layout. The case is water-resistant to 30 metres and fitted with a sapphire crystal case back.
The watch is powered by the self-winding calibre 26-330 S QA LU 24H, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour. This movement incorporates Patek Philippe’s patented Annual Calendar mechanism, requiring manual correction only once per year at the end of February. It provides a power reserve of between 35 and 45 hours and drives central sweep seconds alongside the calendar and astronomical indications.
