About the IWC IW37160-31
The IWC Portugieser Chronograph Ceratanium IW371631, introduced in 2026, is presented in a limited edition of 1,500 pieces. The watch features a 41 mm case crafted from Ceratanium, an IWC-developed material based on a special titanium alloy that is hardened through a firing process. The crown and chronograph pushers are also executed in Ceratanium. Case height measures 13.1 mm. Water resistance is rated at 3 bar.
The dial is black with black appliques and hands. Applied Arabic numerals, indices, and the quarter-second scale appear as subtle elevations against the dark background. The chronograph layout consists of two vertically arranged subdials and an inner flange with a quarter-second scale, maintaining the established Portugieser Chronograph configuration.
The watch is powered by the IWC-manufactured calibre 69355. This automatic mechanical chronograph movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, or 4 Hz, and provides a power reserve of approximately 46 hours. It incorporates 27 jewels and features a column-wheel chronograph mechanism. The movement is visible through a sapphire glass case back.
The Portugieser Chronograph Ceratanium IW371631 is fitted with a black rubber strap with a square pattern and a Ceratanium pin buckle.
